Elvis Dumervil may be out for the entire season thanks to a torn pectoral muscle, but he's still making news at Invesco Field. Dumervil was cited for assault related to an October incident with a parking lot attendant at the Broncos' stadium.The incident allegedly happened after Denver's Oct. 24 loss to the Raiders. According to reports, Dumervil got into a minor altercation with the attendant as he was leaving the stadium, as Dumervil didn't have proper ID. Dumervil's lawyer, Harvey Steinberg, says the attendant wouldn't let Dumervil into the player's entrance and words were exchanged before a Broncos official vouched for him.
"It's truly unbelievable based on these circumstances that anyone would have to go to court," Steinberg said. "All he was trying to do was go to work."
